match the function with its value. g(3) g(w^3) f(z) f(z^2) f(4) z2-3z+3 24-3z2+3 17 w3+1 2w6-1 7

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Nice \[f(z) = z ^{2}-3z+3\] \[f(z ^{2}) = z ^{4}-3z ^{2}+3\] f(4) = 7

Your post has 5 questions and 6 solutions. Because I matched all the f(x) questions and g(3) has to match up with 17, that leaves g(w^3) to be solved. I don't know which answer g(w^3) goes with. Maybe if you explain the problem a little more?

I knew that f(4)=7 and how would you like me to explain my question more? @Matt.Mawson

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@Matt.Mawson I figured it out

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh good, care to explain?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well g(3) is not 17 that was incorrect
