-2/5x-9<9/10 ? /= they are fraction bars

OpenStudy (anonymous):

add 9 to each side \[(-2\div5)x<99\div10\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

then multiply both sides by 5, and divide by -2 to get x alone! but remember that when you multiply or divide by a negative, you have to flip the inequality :-D

if you need more detail, let me know
