If this is 6 * (-7/3) then it should be in the mathematics part of the site, but I will do it anyways. Get the fractions simplified. Because 6=6/1 then it would be safe to say that \[\frac{ 6 }{ 1 } \times -\frac{ 7 }{ 3 }\] Multiply across and you'd get \[= -\frac{ 42 }{ 3 }\] = -14.
