@Chineseboy15 are you available to help? :(

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you can see the solution by the coordinates.....you dont even have to solve those equations

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so each book cost 1.50?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

whatever 'h' is, it will cost 1.5 and p will 1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I know the other photo represents (4,5)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ohhhh I seeee!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thats it!! :D

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Hardbook costs A dollar, and the paperback is 1.50 ! :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The second question. Look at the imagine. Two lines intersect at a point (4,5), so the answer is 4,5.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

This one is confusing, they all seem true, I don't see one that is false

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I can understand you. You need to notice that some answer choices only right to only green line or red line. But the question request a point which right to both of them.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i don't get it -.- lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You do not understand?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no

OpenStudy (anonymous):

4,5 is the point that both green and red lines go through. The other points are not.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

A is the answer?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No, B is right.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

could you help me on this one?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

x+y=14 2x+y=24 -2*(x+y)=-2*14 -2x-2y=-24 Now -2x-2y=-28 + 2x+ y= 24 _________________ 0 - y=-4 So y=4 As y=4 x+y=14 x=10 The answer is 10,4

OpenStudy (anonymous):

awesome!!! that helped me so much!! you're so smart :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You are welcome! : )
