Oh wait a minute. I just noticed the y values are all zero. That means the x values are the roots!!!

So the polynomial is: f(x) = (x - 12)(x - 6)(x + 9)
because x = 12, 6, -9 will all make the product 0 and hence f(x) 0.

Make sure you multiply the whole thing out and arrange the polynomial in order from the highest degree to the lowest degree.
