How to read a graph of a derivative and find values for f(x)?

can't find the values for the function, but you can tell the greneral shape. for example, where is the graph < 0? the funtion will be decreasing in that interval. also, wherever the graph > 0 the function will be increasing. and where the graph = 0, the function will have a 0 slope at those points. the y of your graph is the slope at the corresponding point on f(x)
