Help with CSC graph: Equation below

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[y=\csc( \frac{ θ }{ 2 } + \frac {π}{2} ) -1 \]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I need to graph the function.

OpenStudy (mertsj):

Change it to: \[y=\csc \frac{1}{2}(\theta+\pi)-1\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Okay

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So the Amp is 1, the Vertical shift is -1, the Phase shift is pi/2. I need to find the period and then make a table.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@Mertsj

OpenStudy (mertsj):

The coefficient of the variable is 1/2 The coefficient of the variable = 2 pi/period
