are you trying to find the zeros which are the answers or trying to foil it into a quadratic?

Just set each one of those to equal zero.
7x - 28 = 0
7x = 28
x = 4
28x - 7 = 0 
you do this one.

yep then divide 28 on both sides and reduce the fraction to find x
