Circle A has center of (2, 8) and a radius of 2 and circle B has a center of (5, 4) and a radius of 10. What steps will help show that circle A is similar to circle B?

I don't know what steps could be involved because I learned that all circles are similar. @lowcard2 If you have options, you'll need to post them. Otherwise o.0 on this.
