OpenStudy (texaschic101):

A good citizen needs to be involved in their community and respect other peoples property. In addition, a good citizen needs to know what is happening in their community whether it is good or bad. Being a good citizen can be as simple as researching political issues so we can be informed voters, or organizing a soccer league so the kids in the neighborhood have something fun and safe to do after school. Or maybe you want to take on bigger problems such as finding a way to reduce crime or improving the local library. If you are a good citizen, then the community will be a better place to live.
