When finding a logically equivalent statement to a conditional statement, is the statement ~p -> ~q? or still q -> p?

OpenStudy (lncognlto):

A conditional statement and its contrapositive are logically equivalent, so if the original statement in q -> p, then ~p -> ~q is indeed the logical equivalent of it.
