help I give a medal if u help wth this question
Mkay. What do you need help with?
The next question refers to the written dialogue that follows. The paragraphs have been numbered to help you identify them more easily. (1) Logan sighed as he sat on the couch. "I can't believe we're stuck at home on the Fourth of July!" (2) "I blame Dad," said Kerry. "He should have driven us to see fireworks instead of taking Mom to a movie." (3) "It's going to be pretty boring watching fireworks on television." said Logan. (4) "Oh, I've got better plans than that," laughed Kerry. "I've got four firecrackers and two model rockets. Care to join me in the backyard?" Which paragraph features dialogue that is incorrectly punctuated? Paragraph 1 Paragraph 2 Paragraph 3 Paragraph 4
Number three is incorrectly punctuated. Can you tell me why?
nope
(3) "It's going to be pretty boring watching fireworks on television." said Logan. What doesn't look right in this sentence? First of all, notice that the 's' in said is not capitalized? If this were the correct way to write it then a capital always follows a period right? The correct way to right this would be: "It's going to be pretty boring watching fireworks on television", said Logan. Does that make more sense?
yea
The comma should be inside the quotation marks, though, Xmoses.
"It's going to be pretty boring watching fireworks on television," said Logan.
oh sorry I didnt mean to do that Xp thanks for pointing that out
