What doesn't look right in this sentence? First of all, notice that the 's' in said is not capitalized? If this were the correct way to write it then a capital always follows a period right? The correct way to right this would be:

"It's going to be pretty boring watching fireworks on television", said Logan.

Does that make more sense?
