The first question. First eliminate the denominator of the fraction in the equation. You can multiply the denominator of the fraction on both sides of the equation to do this. In the first question: x=y/-2-3 -2x=-2*[(y/-2)-3] -2x=y+6. Now solve it: -2x=y+6 x=6+y/-2 Try to solve the other equations yourself.
