I'm guessing you mean In America? The people in rural and southern states had been very bitter when slavery was abolished and so there was always hatred towards blacks. The KKK started up again because the increasing number of black immigrants, communists, Jews, Catholics and Italians scared Americans. There was also a film that was made showing how great the KKK was and members increased dramatically after that. I don't know what your options are for this question.
