I need algebra help. The problem is: -10, -7, -4, -1. I'm supposed to determine whether the sequence is an arithmetic sequence and if so the next three terms.

looks like its adding 3 every time. So next three terms are 2, 5, 8

OpenStudy (anonymous):

That's what I said. But apparently it's wrong. Maybe I need to write down what the common difference is on the paper?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

But that doesn't make sense because I did the same thing on the other problems on the paper and they were right.
