Substitute x = 0 to find the y intercept. Substitute y = 0 to find the x intercept.

Alternatively, my favorite way is the "Intercept Form" Divide by 16. \(\dfrac{x}{4} + \dfrac{y}{-8} = 1\) Rather staring at you in that form.
