Please help! I give medals! What is the tilt of the earth in the coldest season?

OpenStudy (gatorgirl):

What is cold to us is warm to those in the southern hemisphere. This seems like a loaded question, because of the variables involved. Now, for the last few thousand years our orbit and tilt have been rather consistent. However, for the past 5 years (give or take a year or two) the tilt of the earth has been wobbling a little more then it should and on an almost daily basis. The north magnetic pole has been pushed back almost everyday causing all the weird weather patterns we have been seeing as of late. The reason I know this is that the moon has been out of the usual orbit (too far in the north) as well as the sun in the sky.

OpenStudy (gatorgirl):

Usually the tilt is around 23 degrees, however, this has been increasing and decreasing on an almost daily basis. Your personal observations will confirm what I have told you.

This is only one piece to a much larger puzzle. The picture it creates incorporates the myth of climate change, earthquakes, strange weather patterns such as the floods in England, the unprecedented snow in China, as well as the fireballs in the sky. Not to mention the recent shows that have been broadcasting on the topics of survival for the past decade or so as well as the disaster movies that are trying to tell us (the "common wo/man") to lay down and die when it happens.
