I need help with the things that are high lighted im so confused!!

what would you be confused with...?

you would make a slide for each topic given
(Democritus, Boyle, Lavoisier, Dalton, Thomson, etc...)
and make slides for each required illustration
with an explanation of the idea of it and how it has changed.

for the people, you would explain what they had to do with the idea of the atom
so for example
Democritus:
the theory of Democritus is that everything is composed of "atoms"
which can not be divided
and that between atoms is empty space
atoms are indestructible
and are always in motion
that there are an infinite number of atoms
and different kinds of atoms, which differ in shape, and size.

Boyle:
Robert Boyle's major contribution to the atomic theory was that he helped develop a definition of an element (any substance that can be broken into 2 or more substances is not an element) and helped with " the death" of the four elements. Also he helped change the way people think of science. He helped emphasize the importance of experiments and precise measurements.
