The volume of a prism is 45 yd3. What would change if the volume of the prism were measured in cubic feet? A.The volume of the prism would decrease. B.The volume of the prism would increase. C.The volume of the prism stays the same, but the number representing the volume increases. D.The volume of the prism stays the same, but the number representing the volume decreases.

The volume of the prism will stay the same, because we are just rewriting the unit, not changing the actual prism. it will remain the same size, shape, and keep its dimensions. The number representing the volume will increase because one foot is less than one yard. We would multiply 45 by 3 because there are 3 feet in a yard, so there would be 135 feet^3 in the prism. So, the answer is C. :)
