Are you serious on this question? Lemme guess- American!! I mean whoa, even a kid knows (variable/constant)*constant will cancel the constant. M/7*7 removes the 7's. Therefore the second one.
$$\huge \frac{m}{7}*7=m*\frac{1}{7}*7=m*1=m$$
