Will you stop irritating people with *will give a medal*? Lady, we do it coz we love it.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Will you just explain the answer? (:

Are you serious on this question? Lemme guess- American!! I mean whoa, even a kid knows (variable/constant)*constant will cancel the constant. M/7*7 removes the 7's. Therefore the second one.

OpenStudy (skullpatrol):

$$\huge \frac{m}{7}*7=m*\frac{1}{7}*7=m*1=m$$

Thank you @skullpatrol

OpenStudy (skullpatrol):

Thanks for trying to understand.

OpenStudy (skullpatrol):

$$\huge \frac{a}{b}=a*\frac{1}{b}$$$$\huge\text{To divide by a nonzero number,}$$$$\huge\text{ multiply by its reciprocal.}$$
