Verify cosx*sinx/1+cos2x = sinx

OpenStudy (raden):

are you sure , the right side is sinx ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yes

OpenStudy (raden):

well, this is what i get... first, use the identity : 1 + cos2x = 2 cos^2 x so, the left side becomes : cosx*sinx/1+cos2x cosx*sinx/(2cos^2 x) then simplied again, get sinx/2cosx remember that sin/cos = tan, so sinx/2cosx = (tanx)/2 in other words, it doesnt matching on the right side above
