I assume is the same as the previous one, they're asking for the Arc's length, so do it like the previous one

38 degrees S and Hobart in Tasmania 43 degrees S can you look at a globe. 38 degrees south is close to 43 degrees south (south means south of the equator) You want the difference between 43 and 38 Notice this is different from say, 38 degrees SOUTH and 43 degrees NORTH where you would add them.
