first off, the velocity function cannot be that . Since velocity = ds/dt, it should be = 0.2t -2.8. Your sign is backward. second, to describe the position, you write out the function of s under the form of parabola. It is S(t) = 0.1t^2 -2.8t . and solve for t = 15 minutes = 900second.
