how to use a ti-84 plus to model data as a polynomial function? I downloaded a TI-84 Plus emulator because my calculator is broken, and I entered all of my x and y values but I can't figure out how to get it to show the polynomial equation. If someone could just tell me how to do that, that'd be great. Thank you!

I don't think you can do that since the TI-84 does not have a CAS (Computer Algebra System). Your oprions would be to either actually put the problem here and maybe we can help you out, or go to Wolfram Alpha and type in your polynomial.

@pabloecortez07 The question says to use a graphing calculator. Here is the data set: http://puu.sh/5kLvW.png I entered that in the table function, and it generated a graph, but I can't figure out how to get it to show the polynomial function, or if it's even possible. Can't find anything online, and my virtual textbook is being weird, so I can't access that either. Thank you.

OpenStudy (nincompoop):

you can

I've already input all of the values and I've already made the graph, how do I see the polynomial function?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I don't think that works with the emulator I downloaded. Not sure if that's any good to me.

Aha! I got it. Stat > Calc.
