help please ! Which of the following best explains why people do not have unlimited First Amendment rights? It is inappropriate to criticize or condemn elected government officials. Leaders worth following would be drowned out by meaningless speech. Certain types of speech could infringe on others' rights or public safety. The government would be ineffective, weighed down by citizen requests.
