find f(2) and f(a+h) when f(x)=3x^2 + 2x + 4

When solving these functions remember that f(2) is the same as f(x) when x has the value 2. So just put the number 2 where all the x'es are in f(x), then you have f(2). And then solve, it should be easy. The same thing with (a+h) as you did with 2 so you get 3(a+h)^2+2(a+h)+4 and see if tou can simplify, which i dont think you need to do in this exercise.
