how would I write x +4y = -5 in slope int form?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Slope intercept form \[y=mx+b\] So if you look at your equation, you want to move everyone to the right side, and leave y by itself.

jigglypuff314 (jigglypuff314):

slope-intercept form: y = mx + b so you would want to get y all by itself on one side so for x +4y = -5 subtract x from both sides divide both sides by 4
