You will draw your x axis. Mark off -2, -1, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, along the x axis. Then on the x axis, you will darken the line between 0 and 4. You will put a small closed circle at 0 and 4 to indicate the end points are included. The arrows are optional. See how similar exercises are done and follow the same procedure. Some books even use a left bracket [ at 0 and a right bracket ] at 4
