the best way I can think of is read lots of books and just simply practice you know what they say practice makes perfect.

There's no real easy way to learn the English language. It takes years of studying and learning how to read and write it, let alone be able to understand it. Some people adjust to the new language quickly by reading and writing in it having a better understanding, where as some take up to 5+ years.

Some people will actually watch TV shows or programs to try and understand words based on emotions giving throughout the films. Another thing people may do is read books with an English version as well as their main language in it. Often, people will purchase devices to help teach them to speak the English language. Although some may have a reader with them. To tell them what to say instead of a true statement in their main language.
