In this sentence-: a usual feeling why do we place 'a' article before unusual, shouldn't it be 'an' as we place 'an' before words starting with the vowels except some exceptions

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Who does that?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It is supposed to be 'an unusual' not 'a unusual'

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes I guess for certain things you would use 'a' not 'an'. For like 'a usual feeling', or 'an unusual way to act. So maybe for usual it is 'a' and for unusual it is 'an'

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah thanks

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no problem, do you need any help with anything?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

nope thanks :)
