Which graph shows the line that has x-intercept 3 and y-intercept -6?

OpenStudy (usarmy3947):

OpenStudy (usarmy3947):

line a line b line c line d

OpenStudy (pixiedust1):

On the horizontal line (the x axis), find the number 3 (It'll be towards the right). Then find the line that goes through the 3 on the x axis.

OpenStudy (pixiedust1):

Got it? That's step one :D

OpenStudy (usarmy3947):

ok : )

OpenStudy (pixiedust1):

You'll then see that it is the red line (c). Follow (c) all the way down, and you see that it then crosses over -6 on the y (the vertical) axis. Therefore, LINE C intercepts both 3 (on the x axis) and -6 (on the y axis)

OpenStudy (pixiedust1):

Line C is your answer.

OpenStudy (pixiedust1):

Any questions?

OpenStudy (usarmy3947):

thanks : )

OpenStudy (pixiedust1):

Don't forget that testimony :P Make it something cool lol ;D

OpenStudy (usarmy3947):

lol ight
