I BELIEVE that it is |-x|<0, and I can't really describe it in complete sentences, but here are all of the facts- you can describe it. It is an open circle because it is a greater than or less then and not a greater than or equal to or a less than or equal to. The line starts at the -1 because it has to be less than 0, and it goes off the number line to the left. I'll send a picture of the graph in one second. Sorry, I need to take the picture.
