It looks like BRAIN is 2.5 times larger than POWEQ. This means you can divide any of its sides by 2.5 to get the length of POWEQ's corresponding side. All you need is POWEQ's perimeter, so you don't need to worry about the equations. If a side already has a numerical value, you don't have to do anything. Elsewise, simply divide the corresponding BRAIN side by 2.5 to get that side's length. For example, the length of QE is just 17.5 divided by 2.5. That should be enough to get you to the solution.
