Identifying independent and dependent variables? I am having trouble identifying the independent and dependent variables. I read a study that was conducted in order to determine the levels and patterns of physical activity of obese and nonobese children using accelerometers. This study will help researchers gain a better understanding the relationship of physical activity (frequency, intensity, and volume) and obesity. I know, BMI was also used in the study. Please help me identify what the independent and dependent variables are!! Thanks!
Yeah sure what do you need help with?
identifying the independent and dependent variable…. I don't know if its the ages of the children, the physical activity, the accelerometer…. because basically the whole point of the experiment was measuring the physical activity of obese and non obese children from the ages of 9 to 11
the independent variable is the age of the children and the dependent variable is the physically activity.
You are positive?
