I think I had a test on this with this question. I think they were Could not have their property seized by the king or his officials. They could not be taxed unless a council of prominent men agreed They could not be put on trial based on an official's word, without witnesses Idk if 'm right but do further research if not. 1) they were Strengthened, Government was to be base by Parliment, they ask to restore there old government 2)by making laws that the people did not like. 3)The revolution of 1868 in Spain, or the Glorious Revolution changed by England's policies and the western influence

By making laws that the people did not like. They especially did not like Governor Andros. Governor Andros ended the colonist's representative assemblies and only allowed them town meetings once a year.
