plug in the x of the (x, y) coordinates into the 3-2x and simplify to see if it equals the relating y value... if it does match, then the ordered pair Is on the line. if is does Not match, then the ordered pair is Not on the line...
so example for the ordered pair (1, 0) plug in so 3 - 2(1) 3 - 2 = 1 but 1 ≠ 0 so the ordered pair (1, 0) is Not on the line f(x) = 3 - 2x
