what

jigglypuff314 (jigglypuff314):

slope intercept form is: y = mx + b when m = slope and b = y-intercept so plug in what you were given so plug in m = slope = 4 and b = y-intercept = -3 into y = mx + b

OpenStudy (anonymous):

is -3 the y-intercept or what y equals?

jigglypuff314 (jigglypuff314):

actually, MaddieLou as a point... hmm....

jigglypuff314 (jigglypuff314):

I would assume y-intercept because then I don't see how else you could get a decent answer...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well if it is the y intercept then the answer would be y=4x-3, but if it is what y equals, then the answer would be -3=4x+b
