I also think it is a continuous function.
But it going up would make it linear. So it's continuous and linear. 
But, continuous means all of the numbers between such as decimals or fractions. There is time between 20, 40, 60, 80, and 100 minutes. There are also calories between for that time. Also, when a continuous function is graphed it has a connected line unlike a discrete function which has no line.
