i got 
3*4*5*6*7 + 1 = 2520 + 1 = 2521

If they specifically asked for the LEAST possible number,
use the LCM + 1
3 ---> (the 3 is common with 6)
2*2 ---> 2 (one 2 is common with 6)
5 ---> 5
2*3 ---> 2 * 3
7 ---> 7
So 2 * 5 * 2 * 3 * 7 = 420 + 1

841 and 1261 also work by the same process.
