I guess that process B->C is the process that absorb heat from the environment because its expanding, work is being done by gas so to keep temperature constant, gas must be absorbing heat. Is this statement correct?

and how do i find the efficiency of an engine?

Q in is the heat going into the system and Q out is the heat going out

when pressure is held constant and volume increases then Q in
