First of all we turned knob of ohm meter to Resistance, then we place resister between two terminals of Ohm meter.. Then it will show Resistance on its display

i think she mean't the working as in the principle behind it :P
if u had a voltmeter and an ammeter, u could calculate resistance right? ;-).. does that give u a clue as in how it would work?
