Select all that apply: The Krebs Cycle: needs oxygen produces more ATP than glycolysis produces pyruvic acid produces carbon dioxide produces water

OpenStudy (shrutipande9):

hi...can u tell me what all you know about krebs cycle? or u r new to this topic?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

a little light reading: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Citric_acid_cycle

OpenStudy (seaturtle113):

I don't know much...

OpenStudy (seaturtle113):

I know it turns ATP to ADP.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

wikipedia or your biology textbook can help you

OpenStudy (shrutipande9):

okay no problem...then lets start krebs cycle is a part of cellular respiration. the events of cellular respiration goes in this order glycolysis-krebs cycle-electron transport chain

OpenStudy (shrutipande9):

u can look at d diag given in the link...that would help u loads...but if still u have a problem i can help u out...

OpenStudy (seaturtle113):

So would it be A, B, and E?

OpenStudy (shrutipande9):

umm...i think the diagram given is wrong...i dont trust wikipedia....wait ill check...

OpenStudy (seaturtle113):

Okay! Thank so much!!!

OpenStudy (shrutipande9):

i am sure it gives out carbon dioxide and produces more atp than glycolysis. its not A because oxygen is required in electron transport chain.

OpenStudy (seaturtle113):

Okay. I got them.

OpenStudy (seaturtle113):

It was actually A, B, D, and E.

OpenStudy (seaturtle113):

Thanks for your help!!!!

OpenStudy (shrutipande9):

ur welcome:D
