Ok first problem is that the private messages and notifications are not working I have to refresh my page every time

And yesterday when someone tagged someone else, usually it highlights the post, but it wasn't yesterday, it seems to be doing it today

Anyway, he is still a network administrator with the site as far as i know. He can still access and edit the plain code of the site. He is as high a rank as you can be on this site.

Uh, shadow is still more powerful than any other mod. He wrote the site. All mods are equal but shadow, preetha, and all the other administrators have access to the site code. He still has the passwords and such to get into the servers directly @SWAG . He is still an administrator. All mods have the same powers but administrators can edit the code and really do more even though they work harder. They can delete full accounts.
