|dw:1384896289405:dw| since you know that the major axis is 10 units long, and knowing that the distance between the focii is 4, we can find the coordinates of the vertices by simply subtracting 4 from 10, dividing by 2, then moving 3 to the right of the rightmost focus, and 3 to the left of the left most focus while staying on the same y coordinate. ^_^
