OpenStudy (aaronq):

This is a long shot but has anyone ever heard of a molecular probe called "Three-way junction probe and Template Enhanced Hybridization Processes (TeHyP) "? I've looked everywhere but i haven't found the reason for the melting temperature lowering upon hybridization of the target with the 2 complementary portions of the probe strands... If anyone knows why, i'd really appreciate it.

OpenStudy (abb0t):

Never heard of this. If you find any information, do post. Sounds interesting.

OpenStudy (aaronq):

haha thanks for the link, the paper it's talking about is actually one that I'm using for a report. When i do find more about it, it'll post it up here.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Can you help me with my question again?

OpenStudy (aaronq):

asking for help on other people's questions is rude.

OpenStudy (abb0t):

What a sneaky snake. Trying to pull a fast one. Haha.
