How is a plasma membrane similar to a bus in cell analogy? please help....

OpenStudy (zale101):

the plasma membrane transfers and absorbs particles from inside or outside the cell

OpenStudy (zale101):

by using either passive or active transport

OpenStudy (zale101):

i would say it is much of a gate than a bus

OpenStudy (zale101):

When proteins are transported across the membrane, sometimes specific molecules can enter or exit the cell through the plasma membrane. If the cell analogy is compared to a school, then it would be a bus. Imagine the particles were students entering and exiting the school. That's what i think

thank uuu
