Need help understanding this assignment.. Not sure what exactally i need to do, or what its asking me to do.

I would start by looking for this other lesson: 3. Using the steps from the “Sampling” lesson, select a random sample of 150 people from the spreadsheet. Note: Use the “Paste Special” option when copying this information. This will ensure that the random numbers do not change.

Hmmm, personally, to satisfy the rule that the random be equaliy distributed, I would make ranges that are by gender and age. Then I would randomy select a range. From each range I would pick three, putting one in each group. This would prevent the bias they are talking about in age and gender.
