Why it is difficult for other countries to get access to prevention and treatment of diseases

It usually comes down to all of the odds and ends in actually getting the stuff out to the people that need it. Some countries may not have the best roads, clinics, hospitals, etc.. to enable them to effectively treat local areas. In a country like the UK or the United States, for example, you can head down to the hospital and get someone to check you out. In other places, however, it might be difficult to find a doctor or a place to get the medicine you need because they are simply not equipped for as many medical issues as other countries might be for whatever reason, whether it's cost or in having enough people to actually cover everybody.
