Okay, but it should be slowed down so that users who have 99 now do not get 990 instantly when it's increased. It should be made so that it takes a long time to get 1000, maybe a few years. It works like an achievement, and people like achieving things so they would be more active on OS to get that glorious 1000.

increasing the range does not remove the outliers, it just makes the spread between the average users bigger.

SS is a relative score so it will change accordingly even if you extent the range. Extension of range doesnt bring any change you intend to make.

Ya disagree no offense but it took me like forever to get over 60 and im trying to get to 100 so the target is moving

The point is just to increase the maximum.
Currently the maximum is set at 100.
When the maximum is 200, and the increasing rate of smartscore is the same, it takes a lot longer to achieve 200.

My progress still continues but my smartscore is stuck at 99 because it's not possible to get higher.
