What is the quotient when x3 - 5x2 + 2x + 5 is divided by x - 2?

OpenStudy (campbell_st):

well you need to do some polynomial division or synthetic division to find it. The quotient will be a quadratic

OpenStudy (anonymous):

which one you think?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

c.

OpenStudy (akashdeepdeb):

If you want the answer then multiply the divsor with the options. And if the quotient = the cubic polynomial then your answer is correct.

OpenStudy (kc_kennylau):

Long division is the way to go :)
